Downtown Houston has emerged as a 24/7 pedestrian-friendly Central Business District with a variety of world class amenities including: 51 million SF of office space, 8,200 hotel rooms, 13,000 theater seats, 400+ restaurants and bars, 10,165 residents, 4,300+ businesses, professional sports, entertainment, and parks. Over the past 20 years, more than $9 billion in public and private investments have been made to achieve the “live, work, play” vision of Downtown Houston.
There are still plans for future development in Downtown, but with only 3 city blocks left unimproved it is a rare opportunity. One of those available locations is Block 360 at 1700 Hamilton Street. This full city block sits in the southeast corner of Downtown and in the heart of the City's revitalization and highway improvement project (HoustonTX.gov). It is just blocks from George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, and the Toyota Center. The site's four frontage roads will be main arteries for future development. Multiple developers are excited about the potential for this site and are beginning plans for mixed-use vertical growth.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST AT ICO COMMERCIAL
The ICO team works hard and to recognize their efforts our CEO, Larry Indermuehle and Managing Partner, Lang Motes decided to shake things up a bit and cook the ICO team a pancake breakfast. Their typical servant attitude was evident as they prepared breakfast and served us all. It was a lot of fun for the whole team as we watched them show off their culinary skills. They even wore chef hats to help prove their professional skills and to add a little fun to the morning. A wonderful time was had by all as we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a friendly pancake trivia competition together!
