Sugar Land – February 2026 – ICO Commercial is pleased to announce the successful lease of four office suites totaling 12,306 SF at 14090 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land, Texas. The transactions include suites of 908 SF, 1,347 SF, 4,725 SF, and 5,326 SF.

Suite 800, consisting of 3,336 SF, and Suite 700, totaling 2,916 SF, were leased on behalf of the Landlord, Rodfather's Properties. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov of ICO Commercial represented the Landlord in both transactions.
Chase McAteer of Oxford Partners represented the tenant for Suite 800, while Thomas Lee of CMK Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant for Suite 700.
