Sugar Land, TX – March 2024 – ICO Commercial has opened a new office in Dallas, Texas as we continue to grow the firm's geographic footprint, service offerings and expert advisors. This expansion creates new growth opportunities by adding a National Portfolio Management Services business line for existing and new clients to take advantage of, along with three new additions to the ICO team.
