Sugar Land – June 2025 – ICO Commercial sold the 100% leased retail building consisting of ±12,710 SF at 4410 Westway Park Blvd part of the 150-acre Westway Office Park in Houston, TX to HJH Property, LLC. Danna Sossen and Timothy Brown with ICO Commercial represented the Seller, Almanara Plaza at Westway, Inc. Johnny Yun with Houskor Realty was the outside broker.
