While at United Equities, he also built 26 tenant lease spaces from shell condition for Fiesta Mart, Inc. In 1995, Mike joined RW Management Co. primarily as a leasing and marketing specialist on an institutional owned portfolio of thirteen Class "A" commercial properties. This portfolio consisted of office buildings, bulk distribution warehouses, office/warehouses and office/service centers. Total square footage for these properties was over 1.6 million square feet. Mike was also involved in new business development activities. Mike is a graduate of Drake University with a B.S. in Biology. He has graduate hours in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mike has been a Junior Achievement Advisor, a volunteer probation officer, a board member of the Braeburn HPD Storefront and is currently a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors.
