Sugar Land, Texas – January 2018 – Daniel Myers joined ICO Commercial as  Vice President of Investment Sales in January of 2019. He has over twenty-five years of professional sales and marketing experience. His experience includes 15 years of business development specializing in retail site analysis and selection, lease negotiations, and renewal and relocations across the western states.

Daniel has a strong understanding of the retail build-out process and the day-to-day operations which have helped him appreciate and meet both the needs and concerns of owners, landlords and tenants. In addition, Daniel is an experienced manager, presenter, and communicator with strong interpersonal and networking skills,  backed by 7 years of UK sales and marketing experience with a Fortune 500 company.  

Sugar Land, Texas – January 2018 – Wendell joined ICO Commercial as Vice President of Investments Sales in January 2019. He began his retail real estate career in 1985 after graduation from Texas A&M.  Over his career, he has been predominately responsible for the leasing and merchandising of regional malls across the United States for a large publicly traded REIT.  Most recently he was based in Dallas representing properties across the portfolio including hundreds of leases with national, regional and local tenants.

Wendell has been on the front line in the re-merchandising efforts for major redevelopments for several properties and finds taking an asset to the next level the most rewarding part of the job.  He has countless long-term relationships in the business and he counts many of those contacts, both owners, and tenants as friends. 

Sugar Land – January 2019 – Arthur Murray Dance Studio leased 2,913 SF of retail space at 16525 Lexington Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the tenant and Kolbe Curtice with Colliers International represented the landlord.

Stafford, Texas – December 2018 – ICO Commercial assisted 3 Holks, LTD in leasing a 4,633 SF Industrial Space at 814 Summer Park Suite 600, in Stafford, Texas to Bargains by Green, Inc.
Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.
Jordan Raney with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

Sealy, TX – December 2018 – Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union leased 3,300 SF of retail space at 2344 Highway 36 South Sealy, Texas.  Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the tenant.

Sugar Land, TX – November 2018 – ICO Commercial leased 3,120 SF of Office space to Benchmark Family Services, an organization that provides therapeutic foster care in Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky & Texas. Larry Indermuehle, CCIM and Jane Nodskov, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.  Aaron Morgan with AR Commercial represented the tenant.

Sugar Land, TX – November 2018 – Preppy Pet, a national franchised pet boarding and grooming company, has leased 3,600 SF of retail space on 21922 Bellaire Boulevard, Suite 100 in Richmond, TX. Jane Nodskov and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Jeremy Moss with ARC Management represented the landlord.

Sugar Land, TX – November 2018 – ICO Commercial has leased 4,200 SF of Industrial space to Martin Mechanical at 1723 Eldridge Road, in Sugar Land, TX.  Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord and Cory Martin represented himself.

Katy, TX – October 2018 – ICO Commercial leased a 6,000 SF industrial building to Tortilla Masters Equipment in Katy, TX. Danna Sossen and Tawnya Dornak with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.

Stafford, Texas – October 2018 – Apollo Distributors bought a 4.0 acre land tract on Stafford Road in Stafford, Texas from Clay Development & Construction Inc. Clay Development & Construction Inc. plans to start construction on Apollo's new 66,500 SF distribution building in the coming months. Peyton Easley and Mike Gornek with ICO Commercial represented the buyer.
