Sugar Land - December 2025- ICO Commercial, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm serving Greater Houston and Southeast Texas, is pleased to announce the successful purchase of a 12,200 SF industrial building located at 19111 FM 362 in Waller, Texas. The buyer, ATSP Innovations, was represented in the transaction by ICO Commercial brokers Danna Sossen and Timothy Brown. The newly acquired facility will support the continued growth of ATSP Innovations' advanced materials research, development, and manufacturing operations.

Sugar Land – November 2025 – ICO Commercial leased 8,100 SF of Industrial space at 11707 S Sam Houston Parkway in Houston, TX. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov with ICO Commercial represented the tenant, Sitex Environmental.

Sugar Land – November 2025 – ICO Commercial sold a 20 Acre Land tract at 9614 Iowa Colony Blvd in Rosharon, TX. Costa Bajjali with ICO Commercial represented the buyer, Caldwell Companies (https://caldwellcos.com/development) which plans to develop the project into an active adult community similar to their Cadence Creek at Towne Lake (Cadence Creek at Towne Lake | Caldwell Cos) and Cadence Creek at Gosling (Cadence Creek at Gosling | Caldwell Cos).

Sugar Land – November 2025 – ICO Commercial sold a 22.73-acre Land tract at 420 Pear Orchard Road in Winnie, TX. Seth Green with ICO Commercial represented the seller.

Sugar Land – October 2025 – ICO Commercial helped purchase a 7,000 SF industrial building at 3337 Pinemont in Houston, TX. Jane Nodskov with ICO Commercial represented the buyer, Oak Forest Foster Closet. Oak Forest Foster Closet serves foster, adoptive and kinship families by supplying them with vital resources such as clothing, shoes, bedding and so much more.

Sugar Land – October 2025 – ICO Commercial purchased a 77.88-acre Land tract on Highway 90A in Rosenberg, TX. Roxana Blanco with ICO Commercial represented the buyer, Minero Holdings, LLC.

Sugar Land – August 2025 – ICO Commercial purchased a 3.92 acre Land tract at 3302 Brownie Campbell Road in Houston, TX. Timothy Brown and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the buyer.

Sugar Land – August 2025 – ICO Commercial sold a 5,296 SF Office building at 3902 Braxton Drive in Houston, TX. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov with ICO Commercial represented the seller, Envirotest, LTD.

Sugar Land – July 2025 – ICO Commercial leased a 5,060 SF office building at 5205 Spruce in Bellaire, TX to Beacon Behavioral Health, a healthcare company focused on intensive outpatient therapy. Jane Nodskov and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the landlord. Chris Sido with Stream Realty represented Beacon Behavioral Health.

Sugar Land – June 2025 – ICO Commercial has sold 28.86 acres of Land on Moody Road in Needville, TX. Seth Green and Roxana Blanco represented the seller, The Nature Conservancy, A District of Columbia.
