Houston – December 2011 - Innova Integrated Solutions, a premier precision machine shop for the oil and gas industry has purchased a 12,000 SF industrial property at 12111 Brittmoore Park Drive in Houston, Texas. "The new facility will provide a three-fold increase in our production area and allow for greater thru-put and additional machining capabilities to meet our customers demands", says CEO and Founder Hiep Nguyen. Payton Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the Innova Integrated Solutions in the locating and acquisition of the property. Houston – November 2011 - Continetal Carbon Co. has leased 9,053 SF of lab space at 10655 Richmond Ave. Houston, Texas. Nick Peterson and Payton Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Tony Roop with Sealy & Co. represented the landlord.

Missouri City – November 2011 - Southwest Electronic Energy has purchased 5.63 acres of land at 823 Buffalo Run in Missouri City, Texas. They are starting construction of a 55,000 SF corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Lakeview Business Park. They are nearly doubling their size with this facility. Southwest Electronic Energy manufactures lithium ion batteries for the oil and gas industry along with a variety of other uses. Cypress – November 2011 - First American Title Ins. Co. has purchased 9.077 acres of land at Grant Road, Cypress Texas. Mickey Guice and Mike Gornek with ICO Commercial represented the seller. Cody Christoph with Colliers International represented the buyer.

Rosenberg – November 2011 - Fort Bend County has purchased 5 acres out of an 81-acre tract on FM 2218 at Airport Road, Rosenberg, Texas. Jennifer Raymond with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer. Jim Shaw with ICO Commercial represented the Seller.

Sugar Land – November 2011 - WJ Interests, LLC has renewed a lease of 2,380 SF of office space at 2333 Town Center Drive, Sugar Land, Texas. WJ Interests, LLC, provides financial planning and investment management services to individuals, families and businesses.
