Houston – November 2019 –  The WellheadSports Bar has leased 3,307 sf of Retail space at 1315 Grand Parkway, Katy,Texas.   New expansion within the community to include restaurant and bar with grand opening January 2020.

Houston – November 2019 – Blueline Architects leased 3,771 SF of office space at 333 Cypress Run, Houston, Texas.

Rosenberg – October 2019 – ICO Commercial has sold 64.655 acres of land in Rosenberg, Texas. Lang Motes, CCIM, Jane Nodskov, CCIM and Larry Indermuehle, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the seller. Baiping Zhang with Realm Real Estate Professionals represented the buyer.

Seth joined ICO Commercial as an Advisor having worked on an array of land deals in the energy industry for almost 10 years.  His experience in the industry spans the state of Texas with a solid concentration of acquisitions in greater East Houston.  Seth’s hands-on negotiations have led to a precise knowledge of property acquisitions, leases, options, and easements.

Over the past few years, Seth’s acquisition portfolio experience has reached around 1,500 acres and approximately $50 million in transactional value.  His transaction closings range from 1-450 acres each for leasing, development, and / or exploration.

Seth’s detailed knowledge and experience allow him to supply his clients with a unique understanding and foresight into property development opportunities.

Jenny Vasquez joined ICO Commercial as an Associate with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.  In her career, she has led real estate transactions for an international energy trading and utilities company, managed corporate real estate for a national retailer and closed transactions on a corporate services team.

Jenny’s experience and drive have allowed her to successfully open over 120 stores for a national restaurant brand; manage over 1,500,000  square feet of owned and leased assets for a regional retail  developer; and open, relocate or renegotiate multiple office sites for corporate clients in major U.S. markets.  She has proved to be a key asset in strategic corporate expansions, site selection, acquisitions, lease negotiations, design, construction and tenant finish build-out assignments.  Her vast understanding of Tenant and Landlord leasing objectives through her work in corporate services and with leading developers give Jenny an acute eye for detail in identifying and prioritizing goals and objectives followed by excellent execution.

Houston, TX – May 2019– Knox Cox & Co, LLP has leased a 2,890 SF office space located at 8410 Hwy 90A, Suite 150 in Sugarland, TX.  Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Kelly Ferguson with Fort Bend Real Estate Corp. represented the landlord.

Andrew joined ICO Commercial as a Sales Associate where his focus is on industrial properties. He has over 11 years of supply chain and industrial experience with Fortune 500 companies and the US Military. Andrew has worked in manufacturing, warehousing, assembly and distribution environments, which uniquely equips him to understand customer logistics, fulfillment and warehousing needs. Andrew is an accomplished manager with a strong understanding of market analysis, risk mitigation, commercial contracts and complex contract negotiations.

Stafford, Texas – May 2019– ICO Commercial assisted 3 Holks, LTD in leasing a 4,816 SF Industrial space at 803 Summer Park, Suite 150 in Stafford, Texas to Ghazal India Cafe, LLC.  Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.

Stafford, Texas – May 2019– ICO Commercial assisted 3 Holks, LTD in leasing a 9,576 SF Industrial space at 811 Success Court, Suite 300 in Stafford, Texas to Wharf Marine Solutions, LLC.  Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.
