Stafford, Texas – May 2019– ICO Commercial assisted 3 Holks, LTD in leasing a 4,816 SF Industrial space at 803 Summer Park, Suite 150 in Stafford, Texas to Ghazal India Cafe, LLC.  Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.

Stafford, Texas – May 2019– ICO Commercial assisted 3 Holks, LTD in leasing a 9,576 SF Industrial space at 811 Success Court, Suite 300 in Stafford, Texas to Wharf Marine Solutions, LLC.  Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.

Houston, TX – May 2019– Forty Acres Energy has leased a 3,098 SF office space located at 11757 Katy Freeway, Suite 1000 in Houston, TX.  Jane Nodskov, CCIM, and Lang Motes, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Matthew Volz with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.

Houston, TX – May 2019 – ICO Commercial represented 2001 Properties LLC in the purchase of a 3,000 SF office building at 1321 Antoine Drive in Houston, TX.  Jane Nodskov, CCIM, and Lang Motes, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the buyer.

Sugar Land – April 2019 – ICO Commercial has sold a 12,000 SF single story,  professional office building at 2415 Town Center Drive, Sugar Land, Texas. The building is located in Sugar Land Town Center at Highway 59 South (I-69) and Highway 6, part of the First Colony Development.  Larry Indermuehle, CCIM and Jane Nodskov, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the seller.  Blake Propst with Radius Realty Advisors represented JBI Investment LLC the buyer.

Sugar Land – March 2019 – Two Maids & a Mop and Angel Wings Foster Services have leased a combined total of 4,280 SF of office space at 13017 Jess Pirtle Boulevard in Sugar Land, Texas.  Danna Sossen and Tawnya Dornak with ICO Commercial represented the landlord. 

Sugar Land, Texas – January 2018 – Daniel Myers joined ICO Commercial as  Vice President of Investment Sales in January of 2019. He has over twenty-five years of professional sales and marketing experience. His experience includes 15 years of business development specializing in retail site analysis and selection, lease negotiations, and renewal and relocations across the western states.

Daniel has a strong understanding of the retail build-out process and the day-to-day operations which have helped him appreciate and meet both the needs and concerns of owners, landlords and tenants. In addition, Daniel is an experienced manager, presenter, and communicator with strong interpersonal and networking skills,  backed by 7 years of UK sales and marketing experience with a Fortune 500 company.  

Sugar Land, Texas – January 2018 – Wendell joined ICO Commercial as Vice President of Investments Sales in January 2019. He began his retail real estate career in 1985 after graduation from Texas A&M.  Over his career, he has been predominately responsible for the leasing and merchandising of regional malls across the United States for a large publicly traded REIT.  Most recently he was based in Dallas representing properties across the portfolio including hundreds of leases with national, regional and local tenants.

Wendell has been on the front line in the re-merchandising efforts for major redevelopments for several properties and finds taking an asset to the next level the most rewarding part of the job.  He has countless long-term relationships in the business and he counts many of those contacts, both owners, and tenants as friends. 

Sugar Land – January 2019 – Arthur Murray Dance Studio leased 2,913 SF of retail space at 16525 Lexington Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the tenant and Kolbe Curtice with Colliers International represented the landlord.
