Houston, Texas – February 2010 – Wet Sounds, Inc. has leased 12,800 square feet of manufacturing space at 9330 W. Airport Blvd, Houston, Texas. Lang Motes at Indermuehle & Co. represented the Landlord and Carl Triola of Greater Houston Commercial Properties represented the Tenant.

Sugar Land, Texas – February 2010 – Indermuehle & Co. has closed on the sale of a 10,015 square foot single story professional office building at 322 Julie Rivers Drive in Sugar Land, Texas. Larry Indermuehle and Jennifer Raymond with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Seller, Sunbelt One, LTD and Tim Clay with Clay & Company represented the Buyer, VKC Properties.

Houston, Texas – January 2010 – TransCore has extended their lease and expanded into a total of 41,000 square feet of showroom/warehouse space at 2801 W. Sam Houston Parkway N. in northwest Houston, Texas. Eric Ramer with ICON Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
