Richmond, Texas – March 2008 - OakBend Medical Center –An independent community minded health care organization, has purchased 16.6 acres of land at Highway 59 and Williams Way, Richmond, Texas. The land will be the site of OakBend Medical Center's second campus with an adjacent medical office building. Jim Shaw and Larry Indermuehle of Indermuehle & Co. represented the hospital and James Kadlick of McAlliston & Co. represented the seller, Greatland International, L.P.
