Indermuehle & Co. promotes Lang Motes to President
Houston, Texas – November 1, 2008 – Indermuehle & Co. has announced the promotion of Mr. Lang Motes to President of the growing Houston area based commercial real estate firm.
Previous to the promotion Lang served as Executive Vice President, leading the company's expansion of client services and continued increase in market share. "Lang's leadership has been a huge asset to the growth and development we have experienced over the last eight years. He is well respected in the industry and his integrity, market knowledge, technical skill, and vision will continue to keep Indermuehle & Co. sharp and aggressively focused in the coming years," said Larry Indermuehle, CEO.
In his new role, Lang will be responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing, and other company operating functions. Payton Indermuehle will assume the responsibilities of Executive Vice President and will help to assist Lang in his new role.
Lang joined Indermuehle & Co. in 2000 and is experienced in all service disciplines, but focuses primarily on industrial assets. Lang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
