Houston, Texas – January 6, 2009 – Indermuehle & Co. is proud to announce the closing of a 7.2 acre tract of land located in the Century Plaza Business Park, in north Houston. The tract of land was purchased for the future development and construction of an unnamed corporate headquarters. Payton Indermuehle and Jeremy Lumbreras of Indermuehle & Company represented the buyer and Michael Blount of Keystone Commercial represented the seller.
