Houston, Texas – March 2009 – Zaxby's has purchased 1.0659 Acres of land on FM 1960 and Fallbrook in Houston, Texas. The site will be a 2nd location for Zaxby's in the Houston Area. Tawnya Dornak and Chase Ferrell at Indermuehle & Co. represented the Buyer, Chicken Dinner Properties, LLC and Josh Jacobs and Sara Schoonaert at Page Partners represented the Seller, FM 1960 Fallbrook, LLC.
