Houston, Texas – July 2009 – ARC Abatement has purchased a 7,760 square foot office warehouse facility at 6827 Signat in Houston, Texas. ARC Abatement is a full service, environmental services company specializing in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead abatement and demolition. With offices nationwide, this facility will serve as headquarters for their Houston operations. Jeremy Lumbreras and Payton Indermuehle with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Buyer and Bill Forrest of Sperry Van Ness represented the Seller.
