Indermuehle & Co. Supports the Fort Bend CORPS
Houston, Texas – March 10, 2005 – Indermuehle & Co. has joined hundreds of companies in Fort Bend County supporting the repair efforts of homes needing refurbishment in Fort Bend County. It is litterally amazing the difference a weekend can make. The need is great, the work is easy and the impact is huge.
The Fort Bend CORPS exists to revitalize low-income housing and neighborhoods in Fort Bend County by engaging public/private partnerships and community involvement.
The Fort Bend CORPS was formed to be an organization that actively and compassionately delivers community revitalization; and cordinates, supports and encourages others in this work
so that low-income areas in Fort Bend County become functional and productive communities with housing and neighbors that are safe and decent. The Fort Bend CORPS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation located in Sugar Land, Texas.
Established in 2000, the Fort Bend CORPS has completed repairs on over 460 homes in Fort Bend County. All repairs are provided free of charge and with no obligation. This assistance is made possible by grants, monetary donations, and in-kind donations, as well as the unselfish and tireless work of hundreds of volunteers.
