Houston, Texas – January 2011 – Pelican Worldwide Inc. has purchased a 3.3 acre tract located within the Interwood Business Park at Sam Houston Parkway and John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Houston Texas. The site will be for the future development of Pelican Worldwide's North American corporate, manufacturing, and distribution headquarters. Jeremy Lumbreras and Payton Indermuehle with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Buyer, Pelican Worldwide Inc. and Marc Drumwright with Southwest Realty Advisors represented the Seller, Scomi Oil Tools, Inc.
