Indermuehle & Co. Kicks off New 11,000 SF Office Building in Sugar Land
Sugar Land, Texas – January 25, 2006 – Indermuehle & Co. is set to break ground on its new headquarters in Sugar Land, Texas at Highway 59 and Highway 6. The total building will measure approximately 11,000 square feet and construction will commence by Sundance Construction Company, early February 2006.
Prominently located on Town Center Boulevard across from the Mercedes-Benz Sugar Land dealership, this new office building will allow Indermuehle & Co. expansion space to accommodate its growing 10 broker firm. The building will also be the new home to WJ Interests. Additional tenant space is currently being marketed.
Larry Indermuehle, CCIM, president of Indermuehle & Co., is a strong believer in both Fort Bend County and the Sugar Land area.
