ICO Commercial completes a sale at 823 Buffalo Run, Missouri City, Texas
Missouri City – November 2011 - Southwest Electronic Energy has purchased 5.63 acres of land at 823 Buffalo Run in Missouri City, Texas. They are starting construction of a 55,000 SF corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Lakeview Business Park. They are nearly doubling their size with this facility. Southwest Electronic Energy manufactures lithium ion batteries for the oil and gas industry along with a variety of other uses. Larry Indermuehle and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the buyer. Bo Pettit and Alexander Reilly with Boyd Commercial represented the seller.
