Destruction Fitness will be a CrossFit Gym calling their gym CrossFit Destruction. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness program that uses constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. It is a very demanding program, so be ready for a complete and exhausting workout. New company, serving the Sugar Land and Eldridge area.
