ICO Commercial was hired by AP Brothers Investment Group, LLC to Manage 15,000 SF Asset
Suagrland,TX - August 2018 - AP Brothers Investment Group, LLC has awarded ICO Commercial with the management and construction management of their new building. The Offices at Telfair, located at 7215 New Territory, Sugar Land, TX effective October 1, 2018. The 15,000 RSF asset is 76% leased. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commericla handled the leasing.
The asset will be managed by Linda S. Larabee, CCIM, RPA, Vice President of Property Management and her management team. ICO Commercial looks forward to a long and successful business relationship with AP Brothers!
