Houston, TX – January 2021 – Bell and McCoy Companies purchased 3811 Eastex Freeway, a tilt wall building totaling 73,000 SF on 3.13 acres. Peyton Easley, Andrew Kaskow and Mike Gornek of ICO Commercial represented the seller, Raja Foods. The buyer was represented by Joe MacDougall of MacDougall and Company, Inc.
