ICO Commercial Hires Tim Seckinger as COO
Sugar Land, TX – April 2021 – Tim Seckinger has joined ICO Commercial as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) to drive growth and expansion while also overseeing day-to-day operations. As the COO, Tim is responsible for executing the daily strategic direction of the company and providing executive leadership by maximizing broker business development, improving our client service platform, expanding market share and increasing profitability.
Tim comes to ICO with over 32 years of experience in leasing, sales, construction, development, redevelopment, asset management, property management, facility management, investment sales, and acquisitions throughout the commercial real estate industry.
Tim began his career in 1988 at Weingarten opening 5 new offices in 4 states and acquired and managed over 5 million SF under his leadership. He then expanded Caldwell Companies new business and property management division to 4 million SF. Afterwards, he started Colliers’s property management division and grew it to 5.6 million SF. Over Tim's 32-year career, he has been involved in every facet of commercial real estate and successfully managed over 13 million SF.
