ICO Commercial has sold 10316 Synott in Sugar Land, Texas
Sugar Land – August 2022–ICO Commercial has sold 10316 Synott, a 4.956-acre tract, with two industrial buildings totaling 17,200 SFto MZBWH Properties, LLC. Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the Seller, Sumesh Verma. Traci Achi with USA I Asset Group, represented the buyer.
For several years, Peyton has advised this Seller in their company's property expansion efforts. The company, Apollo Distributors, owns and leases multiple properties throughout the Houston area.
With a strategic plan to consolidate his distribution facilities, a 66,500 SF warehouse was built in Stafford to suit those needs and was completed in 2020. Disposing of 10316 Synott will not only consolidate facilities but create cost savings and more efficient distribution of products.
