ICO Commercial has subleased 18,174 SF Industrial Space in Sugar Land, Texas
Sugar Land – August 2022 – ICO Commercial has subleased 18,174 SF of Industrial Space at 12520 W. Airport, Suite 600 to Netbrands Media Corp for a term of 38 months. Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the Sublandlord, Plasson USA, LLC.
Peyton helped Plasson USA execute a direct lease for 39,615 SF earlier this year. When engaged to work with this Tenant, the requirement was 20,000 SF. After surveying the market, the rates for the requirement were substantially more expensive than getting a larger space and doing a sublease for the remaining space. This sublease transaction helps Plasson offset their total lease cost and mirrors the term of their direct lease term. The strategic way of handling this requirement will provide Plasson a significant amount of savings over a 3-year term.
