ICO Commercial has sold 10,800 SF of Office Space in Houston, Texas
Sugar Land – February 2023 – ICO Commercial has sold a 10,800 SF of Office building at 3100 West Fuqua to the Houston Humane Society. Jane Nodskov and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Seller, Dawn Mountain.
This building is a historic Houston library built in 1969 with unique architecture that served many different community purposes since it was built. Now the Houston Humane Society will retrofit this property to continue serving the needs of the neighborhood.
