Sugar Land, Texas – October 26, 2006 – Today Indermuehle & Co. announced the launch of its new interactive web site. Their predecessor web site offered immediate access to the information real estate professionals need and expect. This web site served Indermuehle & Co. well, but significant advances in graphics and technology prompted strategic improvements raising bar and the level of web marketing today's clients need and today's prospects want.
Now the new www.icotexas.com gives you everything you need including more information, higher resolution photos, site plans, and graphics, all delivered even faster than before.
New Visitors & Clients. The front page offers New Visitors to the web site a section to explore and learn more about Indermuehle & Co. Another feature added for Client convenience is links directing them to more information relevant to their successes.
New Left Menu. The left-hand menu directs you with links to Search Properties, explore Solutions for your Business, read Client Results, and glance at Company News. You also have the option to review Indermuehle & Co. Services and click directly on the exact property type you need.
Refine Your Search. One of the most significant improvements is the search capabilities inside the Listings section. Now you can Refine your Search by clicking alternatives on the left hand side. Eight specific refining criteria are available for you to view all alternatives within one product type, property type, submarket, county, city, size range and sale/lease status. Click on a property and review five separate pages of information that appear on the left or hit Attachments for additional documents. Lastly, you have the option to email the property in three different formats to yourself for your files, an associate or a prospect.
