Rosenberg, Texas – September 11, 2007 – Indermuehle & Co., announces the closing of a 6.198 acre tract on F.M. 1640. This tract of land was purchased for development of a 65,000 square foot office and retail center. Chase Ferrell at Indermuehle & Company represented the buyer, RWR Ventures, L.C. and Jim Shaw at Indermuehle & Co., represented the seller, Simron Properties L.L.P.
