Sugar Land – March 2026 – ICO Commercial successfully completed the lease of 10,000 SF of industrial space at 14702 Jersey Shore Drive in Houston, TX. Danna Sossen and Timothy of ICO Commercial represented the Tenant, Quality Gases, LLC. Clay Prittchett with Partners represented the Landlord.

Sugar Land – February 2026 – ICO Commercial is pleased to announce the successful lease of four office suites totaling 12,306 SF at 14090 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land, Texas. The transactions include suites of 908 SF, 1,347 SF, 4,725 SF, and 5,326 SF.

Sugar Land – February 2026 – ICO Commercial successfully completed two retail lease transactions at 1226 Museum Square in Sugar Land, Texas, totaling 6,252 SF.

Suite 800, consisting of 3,336 SF, and Suite 700, totaling 2,916 SF, were leased on behalf of the Landlord, Rodfather's Properties. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov of ICO Commercial represented the Landlord in both transactions.
