Sugar Land – February 2026 – ICO Commercial successfully completed two retail lease transactions at 1226 Museum Square in Sugar Land, Texas, totaling 6,252 SF.

Suite 800, consisting of 3,336 SF, and Suite 700, totaling 2,916 SF, were leased on behalf of the Landlord, Rodfather's Properties. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov of ICO Commercial represented the Landlord in both transactions.

Chase McAteer of Oxford Partners represented the tenant for Suite 800, while Thomas Lee of CMK Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant for Suite 700.

These leases reflect continued retail demand in Sugar Land and underscore ICO Commercial's ongoing commitment to delivering strong results for property owners and tenants throughout the Houston region.

Sugar Land – February 2026 – ICO Commercial successfully completed the lease of 2,104 SF of retail space at 8504 FM 359 in the rapidly growing Fulshear corridor. Strategically positioned along one of the area's primary thoroughfares, the property continues to attract strong tenant demand driven by Fulshear's explosive residential growth and expanding rooftops.

Sugar Land – February 2026 – ICO Commercial leased 5,084 SF of retail space at 2554 E Broadway in Pearland, TX. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Broadway at Liberty LTD. Angela Barber with CBRE represented the Tenant.

Sugar Land, TX — February 2026 — ICO Commercial sold approximately 4.3 acres at 26562 FM 1485 in New Caney, Texas. Roxana Blanco with ICO Commercial represented the seller, Kennith Miller.

Sugar Land – January 2026 – ICO Commercial represented Redi Carpet in their sale of a 95,500 SF single-tenant industrial building located at 10101 Fountaingate in Stafford, TX. The ICO representatives were Cameron Tapley and Ryan Tapley, who manage ICO Commercial's National Portfolio Management Services division.

Sugar Land – January 2026 – ICO Commercial represented the Buyer in the purchase of a 15,211 SF retail/industrial building located at 1219 Shepherd Drive in Houston, TX. This facility houses its client's operations in the Houston area, along with two other tenants. The ICO representatives were Cameron Tapley and Ryan Tapley, who manage ICO Commercial's National Portfolio Management Services division.

Sugar Land – January 2026 – ICO Commercial represented Redi Carpet Inc and HD Supply in their lease of 38,264 SF of space in an industrial building located at 4440 E Elwood Street in Phoenix, AZ, which is owned and operated by ProLogis. The ICO representatives were Cameron Tapley and Ryan Tapley, who manage ICO Commercial's National Portfolio Management Services division.

Sugar Land – January 2026 – ICO Commercial leased 2,430 SF of an Office building at 131 Brooks Street in Sugar Land, TX. Timothy Brown and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the landlord, 131 Brooks LLC.
