After modifying the facility, the new owner intends to continue to use the facility for manufacturing and service operations. Stafford, Texas – January 12, 2004 – Indermuehle & Co. and Trammell Crow are proud to announce the purchase of 16.7449 acres on West Airport at Parc Crest Drive in Stafford, Texas. Trammell Crow is planning a three building industrial development called Stafford Park Business Center on the site.
