The total building will measure approximately 11,000 square feet and construction will commence by Sundance Construction Company, early February 2006.

Houston Habitat is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International and is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that builds simple, decent homes for people in need in affordable housing. The affiliate has grown from building one house per year in 1988 to over 50 homes per year in 2004.
