The Seller was willing to provide financing for the Buyer which helped get the deal across the finish line.
Sugar Land – June 2023 – ICO Commercial has leased the last retail space of 1,595 SF to Mattress on Demand at 1531 FM 359. This center is now 100% occupied. They have an existing location in Webster, and this will be their second location in the Houston area. The Buyer plans to be the owner user of a small flex-industrial development. ICO really enjoyed working with the Buyer and Seller to get this one across the finish line.
Sugar Land – April 2023 – ICO Commercial has sold a 37,430 SF Industrial building at 13411 Redfish in Stafford. Sunbelt Machine Works, a privately owned precision machine shop founded in 1978, expanded and renovated this property to serve the needs of this growing machine shop. And with the sale of the property, the new owners will continue the machine shop legacy that was started here in 1978.
