They have an existing location in Webster, and this will be their second location in the Houston area. Sugar Land – September 2023 – ICO Commercial has purchased 30,492 SF of Land at 9614 Dalecrest Drive in Houston, Texas. Seth Green and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer. The Buyer plans to be the owner user of a small flex-industrial development. ICO really enjoyed working with the Buyer and Seller to get this one across the finish line.
Sugar Land – April 2023 – ICO Commercial has sold a 37,430 SF Industrial building at 13411 Redfish in Stafford. Sunbelt Machine Works, a privately owned precision machine shop founded in 1978, expanded and renovated this property to serve the needs of this growing machine shop. And with the sale of the property, the new owners will continue the machine shop legacy that was started here in 1978.
