HomeTeam Pest Defense, a recognized leader in the pest management industry, is currently the nation's 3rd largest residential pest control company. The company offers pest and termite control services with traditional treatment methods and with advanced products such as the innovative Taexx® built-in pest control system. The company has over 50 branch locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Mid-Central, Southwest and Western states. Mickey Guice with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Sugar Land – March 2012 - Silver Lake Ventures, LLC has leased 4,095 SF of office space to MedSpring on 1403 Highway 6, Sugar Land, Texas. MedSpring operates urgent care centers that provide care for a wide variety of illnesses & injuries. They have five locations in Austin and this will be their 3rd location to open up in Houston. Stafford – March 2012 - Crossover Athletics has leased 14,480 SF of office/warehouse space on 815 Summer Park, Stafford, Texas. Crossover Athletics was founded in 2004. It was formed to be the new era of basketball with its focal point set for youth & adult women but not excluding male athletes. Crossover Athletics provides sporting apparel, camps, clinics, personal training, exposure, league & tournament play. They have now re-formed into becoming a company that strongly believes in "Crossing Over into Greatness" no matter what sport or extracurricular activity you participate in. Stafford – March 2012 - N-Line valves, a leading offshore valve manufacturer, has relocated their headquarters to 13,500 SF of office/warehouse space at 13350 Pike Road, Stafford, Texas. Nick Peterson and Payton Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. John Ferruzzo and Darren O'Conor with NAI Houston represented the landlord, SBP-Development 1.

Sugar Land – February 2012 - Dearborn & Creggs has renewed and expanded their lease to 3,047 square feet of office space at 77 Sugar Creek Center, Sugar Land, Texas. They are an investment firm that provides financial planning and investment and tax advice for individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. This law firm has been a long standing Tenant in this building and is now expanding their practice. They advise clients in the areas of civil litigation, business law, corporate, family, real estate, personal injury, construction law, probate and estate planning. Stafford – January 2012 - Scientific Resources Southwest (SRS) has purchased a 3,392 square foot building at 4719 South Main Street in Stafford, Texas. SRS is a manufacturer representative providing instrumentation, equipment, and services to the biomedical, industrial, and clinical markets. They service the southwest region of the US and will continue growing in their new building. Lang Motes, Jane Holloway and Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the buyer. Houston – January 2012 - Discount King, a general merchandise wholesaler, has leased 33,260 SF of showroom & warehouse space at 9505 & 9503 Harwin Drive, Houston, Texas. Discount King is an importer and wholesaler based in the Los Angeles area for the past 10 years, who provides a turn key operation for dollar stores.
